She currently serves as Operations Director at Siddhayatan Tirth & Spiritual Retreat. Her teachings focus on awakening and empowering the soul, non-attachment, nonviolence, and the path to inner liberation.
Her work is rooted in helping alleviate pain and suffering. As a filmmaker, she uses storytelling to bring awareness to difficult and often overlooked issues. She is the co-director and co-producer of the acclaimed documentary series BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey, created in response to the misinformation, confusion, and silent suffering many women experience during perimenopause. Through her films, advocacy, and spiritual teaching, she seeks to bring greater understanding and compassion to issues that deeply affect our world.
Guided by her teachers, Acharya Shree Yogeesh and Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, Sadhvi Anubhuti brings ancient spiritual wisdom into the realities of modern life. Her mission is to share the universal teachings of Acharya Shree Yogeesh worldwide, help others live with greater awareness and purpose, and inspire the practice of nonviolence as a path toward inner freedom and, ultimately, total liberation.
